I’ve been recently informed about this new nootropic stack called Ascent by Bionic Nutrition. Not long after, I received two packages of it. I’ve tested it out and did a full review. So, should you consider taking it?

Ascent By Bionic Nutrition is a relatively new nootropic stack on the market that was designed to:

As soon as I started researching the brand, I quickly figured out that it somehow stands from the crowd by being very open and straight-forward in their communication.
While most brands in this industry only care about profits, it seems like that Bionic Nutrition really wants to develop high-quality products to help people achieve better performance.
Sure, you can’t really do it without money (and making some profit), but if your primary goal is developing a great product, then I believe everyone should know about it.
Anyhow, I’ve reviewed Ascent in details, I’ve tried it out, and here is my full review.

My Experience With Ascent
I’ve been taking Ascent for about a week. Before I tried it out, I stopped taking any other supplements and nootropics (as I always do).
Now, contrary to most other supplements that I try, I expected quite a strong performance from Ascent.
Well, I had a quick look at the ingredients before I started taking it, so I knew there is quite a lot to expect from it.
And luckily, Ascent didn’t disappoint. Here is what happened:
I’ve been taking 2 capsules of Ascent on an empty stomach in the morning for about a week.
Now, first of all, this nootropic stack contains caffeine + L-Theanine, which means, you can expect a mild to strong energy boost that lasts for quite some time.
And this is exactly what happened. I got a nice boost, which allowed me to work for a couple of hours without any crash.
I also felt more motivated and focused than usual.
Another cool thing is that Ascent contains a high dose of Rhodiola Rosea, which I believe is another reason why I was in such a good mood, and so focused for hours.
I didn’t notice any other effects n0r did I feel any adverse side effects, which is great.
How strong is Ascent compared to my favorite nootropic stacks?
It’s pretty well stacked, no doubt about that. When it comes to the energy and focus boost, it’s up there near the top.
And for the optimal cognitive performance, I’d still want a slightly higher dose of certain nootropics. But I think sooner or later Ascent could get on my TOP 5 list.
Let me explain why.
Ascent nootropic stack contains all-natural ingredients, it is produced in the FDA approved facility, it contains no fillers, and it contains no proprietary blends.
The formula contains 14 ingredients, which are:
- Vitamin B6, 50 mg
- Uridine, 250 mg
- DHA, 200 mg
- Bacopa Monnieri, 150 mg
- L-Theanine, 100 mg
- Rhodiola Rosea, 100 mg
- Oat Straw, 100 mg
- Lion’s Mane Extract, 100 mg
- Alpha GPC, 100 mg
- Whole Coffee Fruit Extract, 75 mg
- PS, 75 mg
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, 75 mg
- Organic Coffee, 50 mg
- Huperzine A, 40 mcg
When it comes to the formula, it’s pretty well done and well-dosed, which is quite rare nowadays.
I’m thrilled to see such a high dose of Rhodiola Rosea in the stack, and a nice combo of caffeine + L-theanine.
There is also my favorite choline source Alpha GPC and even Huperzine A.
As I said before, this product is pretty well-dosed, and it does deliver on its promises.
But should you take it?
Ascent Side Effects
During my test of Ascent nootropic stack, I felt no adverse side effects.
This product contains natural and high-quality ingredients, so I honestly expected no issues.
Also, when checking reviews from others (more info below), most people are very satisfied with it. And that’s great to know!
So, I’d personally say it as a pretty safe nootropic stack.
To be 100% sure, you will have to consult your doctor.
Ascent Suggested Use
The recommended suggested use of Ascent is 2 capsules/day. Do take them in the morning.
Due to the high amount of caffeine, I’d stick to this recommended dosage.
Just be careful not to overdose on caffeine!
As part of my review process, I tried searching for user feedbacks.
The funny thing is I couldn’t find a lot of reviews from users, but I found many reviews from people testing Ascent.
Most are pretty satisfied with the supplement and recommend it further.
Some even put it on their top supplements list.
And I believe it is nothing more to add here.
But yeah, I can’t wait to see more feedback from actual users. :)
