Yes, Pzizz works like a charm. There is no doubt about it. I use it weekly and I simply love it.

Honestly, I didn’t believe listening to beautiful dreamscapes (which are based on psychoacoustic principles) could help me fall asleep faster.
But as soon as you put your earbuds in, turn the app on and play your chosen guided program, your thoughts wander away in your imaginative world. All of a sudden, you lose your feeling for time, the location and the next thing you remember is what a fantastic sleep (or power nap) you just had.
How Does It Work?
Using Pzizz is extremely simple. All you have to do is the following:
- First, you have to choose your preferred program (sleep, nap or focus)
- Then you set-up time duration
- You choose your preferred music and voice (male/female)
- You lay down in your bed and start enjoying this ultimate experience
To find the answer to how is Pzizz so effective, you should understand the science behind it.
I’m not a psychologist, but reading through articles on psychoacoustics, you will quickly figure out that it is based on our perception of sound and related psychological effects. 
The founders of this app have a dedicated team of experts who are developing more and more advanced and efficient sounds that work like a charm.
You should know that I’ve been using this app for at least 1 year (if not longer), so I’m well aware of how well it improved.
While I didn’t recommend it to others at the very beginning, I cannot live without it anymore.

My Recommended Settings
Here is the thing – I spent a couple of years learning how could I improve my sleep.
The result was that I shortened my sleep from about 8-9 hours to around 6-7 hours on a daily basis.
I’ve achieved that mainly by improving the quality of my sleep (and not simply by cutting down the time – that would be counterproductive in the long-term).
Let me share my top 3 secrets that I learned in the past years.
Secret 1: If you are extremely tired during the day, take a 20-30 min power nap using Pzizz. More than 30 min is not recommended if it is late already (5 PM or later). Shorter than 20 min won’t do much if you are tired.

Secret 2: If you just need a bit more of motivation and focus, take a short 10-min power nap. You probably won’t fall asleep, but you’ll get the needed motivation. Trust me.
Secret 3: If you have a normal social life, using Pzizz during the night is probably not the best idea. At least not in the long-term. So I suggest you use it for a couple of weeks, get a steady sleep-routine and from then on, you use it only when it’s extremely necessary (once a week or less).
Besides, I usually put the music volume very high, while I decrease the voice volume to max. 50%: While I like listening to the voice, music helps me fall asleep faster.
If you follow those rules, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied with it. Otherwise fine-tune them a bit more and you’ll see how effective Pzizz actually is.
