Vite Brain Review

Vite Brain (before Vi Brain) is a line of nootropic supplements for improving cognitive performance, developed by Vite Naturals.

Their first products were specially designed for students and young professionals experiencing brain fog, low mood, and mental exhaustion.

Vi Brain

Vite Nutrition delivers its nootropic formulas in 2 forms:

  • Vite Brain capsules which are served in a standard bottle of 60 capsules (2 capsules per serving)
  • Vite Brain Instant flavored drink which offers a more tactile experience

The instant nootropic drink comes in 2 flavors, Apple Tang and Bitter Lemon, both naturally sweetened.

But does it work? Does it provide the promised benefits?

My Experience With Vite Brain

Vite Brain caught my attention because it’s offering a cognitive-boosting supplement in powder. I’ve never been a big fan of powders, but recently I somehow got used to taking them (protein powder and a creatine powder), so I said let’s give it a try.

The Vite Brain formula is very well-known and used in many other nootropic stacks, so I more focused on the actual taste and overall experience.

I’ve taken this nootropic supplement a couple of times and here is what I discovered:

  1. The taste: It actually tastes quite good (a big surprise), so it’s quite convenient taking it
  2. The effects: I noticed mild energy and focus boost which was expected – sadly, nothing spectacular
  3. The price/value: Looking at the price, this stack provides a lot of value, so thumbs up

Vite Brain looks like a decent and affordable nootropic stack, but I am not sure if it really is as effective as many others on the market.

Let’s have a look at the ingredients to understand it better.

Vite Brain Ingredients

Vite Brain (the instant drink) contains the following nootropics:

  • Vitamin B6, 10 mg
  • Vitamin B12, 25 μg
  • Bioperine, 10 mg
  • Panax Ginseng, 100 mg
  • Caffeine, 100 mg
  • L-Theanine, 125 mg
  • Bacopa Monnieri, 150 mg
  • Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 150 mg
  • N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, 150 mg
  • CDP Choline, 200 mg

Have you ever about L-Tyrosine? This is an essential amino acid that is found in chicken, milk, fish, turkey, turkey, almonds, peanuts, avocados, and bananas.

Many physically active people supplement it, but it’s very effective for improving your cognitive performance as well.

Acetyl L-Carnitine

L-carnitine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins) that is naturally produced in the body. L-carnitine helps the body to produce energy.

It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa Monnieri is an adaptogen herb that has been used for centuries in traditional Indian medicine.

People nowadays supplement it for improving cognitive performance, to relax, and to benefit from other effects that this herb delivers.

Caffeine and L-Theanine

Caffeine is a powerful stimulant and nootropic. L-Theanine is an amino acid found primarily in green tea. It is considered slightly relaxing but non-sedative.

The main reason you would want to combine caffeine and L-Theanine is the following: While caffeine increases your energy, L-Theanine ensures that you stay focused.

Besides, it diminishes the jittery caffeine side effects.

Panax Ginseng

Panax Ginseng is an adaptogen herb that is effective for improving your cognition and mood. Additionally, many men use it to improve their libido.

CDP Choline

CDP choline is a choline precursor. It is known to enhance memory, provides an energy boost, and affects mood. I prefer Citicoline or even Alpha GPC to CDP Choline.

Vitamins B6 and B12

Those two vitamins are crucial in contributing to the reduction of fatigue and proper energy-yielding metabolism.

The formulation of Vite Brain is quite average – it contains a few effective compounds, but it lacks quite a lot of crucial nootropics for optimal brain performance. The formula is not underdosed, but it could be dosed better. I think they could make a much better formulation, which would bring better effects.

Vite Brain Dosage

The suggested use of Vite Brain capsules is 2 capsules per day taken with food or water.

The recommended dose of the flavored drink is to mix 10 g with 300-500 ml of water once per day.

Since this product contains caffeine, it is recommended not to exceed this amount. Monitor all your next caffeine consumption too.

Vi Brain Review

Where To Buy Vi Brain Nootropic?

If you want to order Vi Brain capsules / Instant drink or both, you can do it on their homepage.

However, as it currently stands, I do not recommend ordering their products for the following reasons:

  1. The quality of their supplements should be improved
  2. Their products lack a few important and effective nootropics
  3. There are much better nootropic supplements available on the market

Your Inception Final Recommendation

Your Inception Guarantee

Your Inception does not recommend supplementing Vite Brain. We had a few issues with communication with this brand before, which luckily improved. As it currently stands, there are many much better nootropic supplements available on the market, so we cannot recommend Vite Brain. They do have a nice branding, but they need to improve their products to be able to compete with others.
