Product Description: Performance Lab Mind is a brain nootropic supplement.
Performance Lab Mind is an all-in-one product, addressing all areas of brain functions such as focus, attention, memory, new learning, and concentration. Moreover, it offers mental recovery and long-term brain health support. But does it work?
High quality branded ingredients
Enhances all performance-oriented functions (focus, attention, concentration, memory)
Let’s take a look on ingredients and my review, and it will all be evident right away.
Performance Lab Mind Ingredients
Performance Lab Mind’s formula is open-sourced, and is suitable for vegans, it is allergen-free, non-GMO and free of all kinds of synthetic additives or banned substances.
The formula contains the following ingredients:
Citicoline, 250 mg
Phosphatidylserine, 100 mg
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, 300 mg
Maritime Pine Bark Extract, 75 mg
This is it?
Yup, and it’s a very effective formula.
Let’s see why.
Also known as CDP-choline is a mononucleotide composed of choline, cytosine, ribose, and pyrophosphate. Citicoline is naturally produced in every living cell in our body. Since citicoline is available as a supplement with nootropic effects, let me explain to you the main results from taking it.
When citicoline as a supplement is taken, it converts into choline and cytidine. Choline is needed to synthesize acetylcholine, which is really important for cognition, learning, and memory. Citicoline also acts by increasing the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, important for rebuilding damaged neuron membranes to keep the communication between neurons going which is important for attention, memory, learning, and cognition in general.
Cognizin Citicoline has been shown to increase ATP, valuable for mitochondria which provide brain cells with energy. The Cognizin form of citicoline in Performance Lab Mind was, as researched, essential in boosting brain energy by 13,6 %.
It is a fat-soluble amino acid present in nearly all cells in the human body. It supports all kinds of human cognitive functions. From the formation of short-term memory, the consolidation of long-term memory to the ability to create new memories and the ability to retrieve memories.
It also improves the ability to focus, to concentrate, and it supports rapid reactions and reflexes.
Just a little explanation, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT) is a laboratory enhanced form of L-Tyrosine that is highly bioavailable, and well-tolerated. NALT is the preferred L-Tyrosine form for brain health benefits.
MARITIME PINE BARK EXTRACT
Maritime pine trees grow in countries on the Mediterranean Sea. It contains substances that improve blood flow, reduce swelling and it has many antioxidant effects. Maritime pine bark extract is often used to treat problems of the heart and blood vessels.
Performance Lab Mind Experience
Does Performance Lab Mind really work? Does it do anything? Do you feel anything? Will it boost your energy? Will it make you fly?
Those are all the questions I received when I announced on my social media channels that I’ll be testing Performance Lab Mind.
To be quite honest, even though I’ve been testing it for quite a while, I still cannot fly, but I do see some other awesome benefits.
First and foremost, Performance Lab Mind is a nootropic stack and not a magical pill.
Some people tend to mix nootropics with smart drugs. While smart drugs give you an enormous kick, nootropics don’t do that.
So I’ve been taking Performance Lab Mind for about 2 weeks as I usually do with other nootropics.
Performance Lab Review
Did I feel a huge difference in 2 weeks? Not a significant change, but I was positively surprised.
Did I get an energy push? Not really.
Did it dramatically increase my focus? Yes, I felt extremely focused during my test period.
Do I recommend it? HELL YES.
Here is the thing – nootropics take some time to “kick in”. We talk about days and in some cases even weeks.
They are your hidden secret, your ace from your sleeve, your additional 100 horsepower car engine.
Usually, you do not take nootropics to get a short-term kick. You take them to get a long-term advantage on the market which makes you unbeatable (sure, there are exceptions).
In my modest opinion, Performance Lab Mind might be one of the most smartly designed nootropic stacks for improving your cognitive performance.
It’s well-dosed, it’s using well-researched ingredients, and since I’ve been taking its predecessor Mind Lab Pro for years, it does deliver awesome results.
What can you expect from it?
Long-term brain support
Better cognition and processing speed
Does it work? The research says yes. Experts say yes. My experience says yes. But you still have to try it for yourself.
Try it out for 2-3 weeks, observe your performance, and based on it, make your decision.
I’ll still be testing new nootropic stacks on the market, but in my opinion, Performance Lab Mind just seems like the cleanest and most straightforward solution for improving your cognitive performance.
From now on, it’ll definitely be on my daily nootropic menu.
Performance Lab Mind Side Effects
I’ve experienced no particular side effects when taking Performance Lab Mind.
Performance Lab Mind is promised to be safe for long-term daily use. The dosage of all the ingredients is appropriate according to clinical research made. Opti Nutra claims that there is no need for cycling. However, I would still recommend cycling it – 3 weeks on, 1 week off or 5 days on, 2 days off.
I think it is important to stay on the safe side. But that’s just me.
Performance Lab Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules of Performance Lab Mind in the morning or early afternoon.
Personally, I’d recommend taking 2 capsules before or with your breakfast.
It is also recommended taking this nootropic stack daily. With consistent use of Performance Lab Mind, you’ll really get the most out of the product.
Just don’t forget about the cycling part.
Performance Lab Dosage
For the maximum effect, I suggest combining Performance Lab Mind with Performance Lab Energy.
That’s how you will be able to achieve ultimate cognitive performance and lots of energy every day.

Performance Lab Benefits
Performance Lab Mind provides a lot of benefits, such as:
It boosts mental energy
It enhances all kinds of performance-oriented processes such as focus, concentration, and attention
It also promises to better three most important aspects of memory – formation of short-term memory, consolidation of long-term memory and it also enhances the ability to create new memories and recall the previous ones
What does it make this product so unique?
It doesn’t just boost your brainpower and all those performance-oriented processes. It also helps your brain to recover after mental exertion, meaning you may feel more stress-resistant, there will be less mental fatigue, and you will be quickly prepared for new challenges even after the strenuous workdays, study nights or days, etc.
Yup, there are a lot of reasons why Performance Lab Mind might be the single most crucial supplement for optimal mental performance.
Order it, try it out for 2-3 weeks, and I’m sure you will be satisfied with it!
Performance Lab Mind VS Mind Lab Pro
Which one to choose – Performance Lab Mind or it’s biggest competitor Mind Lab Pro?
I know, I know, those names are slightly confusing, but you’ll get used to them.
What’s the difference between the stacks?
Performance Lab Mind is slightly better dosed compared to Mind Lab Pro
Performance Lab Mind is more affordable compared to Mind Lab Pro
Mind Lab Pro contains more ingredients
To be completely honest with you, there isn’t such a big difference between both products.
The main difference I see is that Mind Lab Pro has been on the market for several years and was developed back in time when the majority of people mainly searched for 1 ultimate product.
However, with the more research being done in the field of nootropics, different people have different goals.
Therefore, not everyone wants to take a bunch of vitamins and minerals that he or she doesn’t need. Or take some ingredients that lack research.
So, Performance Lab Mind is only one product in a Performance Lab Series of supplements. By dividing ingredients into different products (such as Performance Lab Vision / Sleep / Whole-Vitamin), you get an opportunity to have more control over what you take.
This also means a lower price/product, but if you go for the whole stack, you might be paying more at the end.
To conclude – Performance Lab Mind is a very similar product that achieves similar results to Mind Lab Pro. It is slightly better dosed and goes well along with other supplements of Performance Lab Series. For the optimal result, I do recommend taking Performance Lab Mind with other supplements.
