STAQ Performer Review

STAQ Performer is one of the most fascinating nootropic supplements I have ever tested.

It was developed to:

  • Enhance your cognitive performance
  • Improve your memory
  • Make you feel better and boost your energy
  • Improve your long-term performance

It was developed by a company STAQ, which has its HQ in Ireland, but its formula was made in the USA.

There is no doubt that this supplement combines the best of both worlds: High-quality formulation for short-and-long-term performance, and high EU standards.

But the question is: Can this supplement beat my all-time favorite Mind Lab Pro and Qualia Mind?

STAQ Performer

My Experience

I had a chance to try this supplement a couple of weeks ago for the first time. At the time of my first test, the product wasn’t available for sales yet. That’s why I intentionally decided to wait before I publish this review.

Anyhow, during my test, I was taking from 2-3 capsules of this supplement on an empty stomach. And I loved everything about it.

Test Week 1: 2 capsules

During the first test week, I was trying 2 capsules of Performer. I mostly took them on an empty stomach, because I love intermittent fasting.

It takes about 20-30 minutes to feel the first effects of this supplement.

I started feeling more focused and energized. I quickly switched my morning, still tired mood into a more positive, enthusiastic, and creative mood.

I generally felt very good, but I wondered what will happen if I increase the dosage to the recommended 3 capsules/day.

And that’s precisely what I did.

My experience with STAQ

Test Week 2: 3 capsules

During the second week, I was taking 3 capsules of Performer every single morning on an empty stomach.

And I felt extraordinary great!

This supplement dramatically boosted my performance (probably unlike any others I tried so far), but I didn’t feel my heart bumping or anxious.

Just the contrary, I felt focused, and I spent quite some time in the flow.

The energy and focus lasted for about 3-4 hours, approximately 2 times more than you get from a coffee. Of course, there were no side effects, no jittery, or any other issues.

After trying over 100+ nootropic supplements, Performer was one of the first supplements that delivered an unprecedented performance out of the box. It boosted my energy, it made me more focused, and it allowed me to work on an extremely high level for several hours.

Performer Ingredients

STAQ Performer contains 12 ingredients. Its formula is a mix of high-quality nootropics combined with some crucial vitamins and minerals. Unlike most other brands, they also use pharmaceutical-grade capsules.

It is also the only formula I have ever seen that has zero fillers, which is quite remarkable.

Here is the list of all ingredients in Performer:

  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin B9
  • Vitamin B12
  • Lion’s Mane Mushroom
  • Bacopa Monnieri
  • Citicoline as Cognizin
  • L-Theanine
  • Rhodiola Rosea
  • Caffeine
  • Lemon balm
  • Zinc
  • Copper

Lion’s Mane Mushroom (powder extract) – 600 mg

Lion’s Mane is one of the most important and effective nootropics for long-term brain performance. It stimulates NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) in our brain. Besides, it helps with the regeneration and repair of neurons.

Performer contains one of the highest quality and dosages of Lion’s Mane I ever came across.

Bacopa Monnieri – 300 mg

Bacopa Monnieri is an adaptogenic herb that is known for its positive influence on memory enhancement. Multiple studies confirm that Bacopa is one of the must-use nootropics if you want to enhance your memory and slow-down your cognitive decline.

300 mg of Bacopa Monnieri is a great dosage.

Citicoline As Cognizin – 270 mg

Citicoline is my favorite choline compound currently available on the market. It is a well-studied nootropic compound that is sold under the brand name Cognizin. Citicoline raises the level of acetylcholine in our brains. This is an important neurotransmitter for memory and learning.

270 mg of Cognizin is so far the highest dosage I remember I noticed in any nootropic supplement.

L-Theanine – 200 mg

L-Theanine is an amino acid that can make us relaxed and increase our attention. When combined with caffeine, it enhances the positive effects of caffeine while it minimizes the potential side effects.

200 mg of L-Theanine is an optimal dosage when combined with 100 mg of caffeine.

Caffeine – 100 mg

Caffeine is a stimulant that I absolutely love to see in every nootropic stack. The reason for that is that it boosts our energy levels and attention. When combined with L-Theanine, it leaves no adverse side effects. It’s a great nootropic!

Rhodiola Rosea – 120 mg

Rhodiola Rosea is a popular anxiolytic that many people consume due to its anti-anxiety and anti-stress effects. This adaptogen has been used for centuries. Studies show that supplementing it can boost our serotonin levels and be neuroprotective.

Its effects are seen at dosages of 50 mg/day, but it is most potent at dosages of 100mg and more.

Lemon Balm – 60 mg

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a nootropic that induces calmness and improves cognition. It is great for people who are under severe stress during the day. It is a nootropic that can also improve our memory.

It is most potent at dosages of 300 mg and higher. I assume that a low dosage of lemon balm was added to this stack to mitigate the side effects of caffeine even more and help people get in the focused flow for a longer period.

Other compounds

Performer contains other important nutrients such as Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Vitamin B9 (200 mcg), and Vitamin B12 (24 mcg,) which play many important roles in our bodies. A low dosage of Zinc and Copper have been added for optimal brain function and the immune system.

STAQ Performer has one of the most optimized and well-developed nootropic formulas on the market. Almost every nootropic compound is well-dosed to provide short-and-long-term effects. It is a fabulous formula without the under-researched or risky compounds.

Performer Dosage

STAQ recommends supplementing 2-3 capsules of Performance per day. It is recommended to take the capsules in the morning with food.

Based on my experience, you should be able to feel the short-term effects at 2 capsules. However, for the optimal performance, stick with 3 capsules.

As always, I do recommend cycling the supplement (5 days on, 2 days off).

Side Effects

Can you expect any adverse side effects from the Performer?

Based on my tests, experience, and scientific evaluation, Performer is one of the safest (and effective) supplements on the market.

It contains no risky or under-researched nootropics, which is quite rare nowadays. There are no dubious synthetic compounds in the stack, no fillers, no-GMO, no colors, etc.

The potential adverse effects of caffeine are well mitigated with Theanine and Lemon Balm.

If you follow the recommended daily dosage, I believe this is one of the safest nootropic supplements on the market.

Where To Buy STAQ Performer?

STAQ Performer really surprised me. It delivers a smooth energy boost, combined with a great mood, hyper-focus, and overall great feeling that lasts for hours.
