I’ve started my review of MIND with checking the ingredients.
My first impression was good, but when I checked the dosages of all ingredients, I was slightly disappointed.
I expected higher dosages for most nootropics in the stack.
Anyhow, I’ve decided to give it a try and see what happens.
TEST WEEK 1
I’ve been taking 2 capsules (as recommended) during the 1st week, and I could feel a very smooth energy boost and increase in motivation while taking the capsules.
This happened probably because of a combo of great nootropics + Vitamin B12 + caffeine + L-Theanine.
However, since the dosages were still pretty low, I’ve decided to increase the dosage to 4 capsules per day (my recommendation).
TEST WEEK 2
The 2nd week was more fun. Taking 4 capsules gives you around 100 mg of caffeine with 300 mg of L-Theanine + a more decent dose of other nootropics.
The increase of the dosage was definitely recognizable. I was more alert, and my focus lasted longer.
Did I expect such results? Yes, since I’m well aware how the ingredients in this stack work.
Was I positively surprised? Not really, but I was satisfied with the product, especially because of its price.
