WellPath Mind Review

MIND is one of the nootropic stacks that was developed to help you with mental clarity, memory, and even focus.

While the product name and the formula aren’t very unique, the whole brand gives a stunning impression of quality.

And amazing feedback on Amazon supports that!

Wellpath Mind

When I received MIND, I was impressed by their fantastic customer service, the design of the package, and the overall user experience.

But what I wanted to know more about was how does the product work.

And what did I do? Well, I gave it a try.

Mind Nootropic Experience

I’ve started my review of MIND with checking the ingredients.

My first impression was good, but when I checked the dosages of all ingredients, I was slightly disappointed.

I expected higher dosages for most nootropics in the stack.

Anyhow, I’ve decided to give it a try and see what happens.

Test Week 1

I’ve been taking 2 capsules (as recommended) during the 1st week, and I could feel a very smooth energy boost and increase in motivation while taking the capsules.

This happened probably because of a combo of great nootropics + Vitamin B12 + caffeine + L-Theanine.

However, since the dosages were still pretty low, I’ve decided to increase the dosage to 4 capsules per day (my recommendation).

Test Week 2

The 2nd week was more fun. Taking 4 capsules gives you around 100 mg of caffeine with 300 mg of L-Theanine + a more decent dose of other nootropics.

The increase of the dosage was definitely recognizable. I was more alert, and my focus lasted longer.

Did I expect such results? Yes, since I’m well aware of how the ingredients in this stack work.

Was I positively surprised? Not really, but I was satisfied with the product, mainly because of its price.

But we’ll get back to that a bit later.

WellPath Mind Ingredients

MIND nootropic stack is non-GMO, vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

WellPath Mind contains 13 nootropic ingredients:

  • Niacin, 20 mg
  • Vitamin B12, 500 mcg
  • Lion’s Mane Extract, 200 mg
  • Bacopa Monnieri Extract, 200 mg
  • Alpha GPC, 50 mg
  • Phosphatidylserine, 100 mg
  • Natural Caffeine, 50 mg
  • L-Theanine, 150 mg
  • DL-DMAE, 50 mg
  • Bioperine, 5 mg
  • Huperzine A, 10 mcg

L-THEANINE

One of the benefits you get by drinking green tea is that you consume L-Theanine, the famous nootropic amino acid.

By doing that, you should quickly feel more relaxed and focused. Besides, L-Theanine can also improve your memory and attention.

This is what makes this nootropic so popular.

EXTRACT OF BACOPA MONNIERI

Bacopa Monnieri one of the adaptogen herbs that is known to be a learning and memory enhancer.

I am a big fan of adaptogen herbs, especially of Bacopa Monnieri. 200 mg of Bacopa is an all-right dosage.

RHODIOLA ROSEA

Rhodiola Rosea is another adaptogen herb that can decrease your mental fatigue. Besides, it is an effective cognition booster.

GINKGO BILOBA EXTRACT

Ginkgo Biloba used to be one of the most popular treas in the world. Why? Because it was believed that this ancient tree is a true antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powerhouse.

The issue is that recent research doesn’t prove all of the benefits that were given to Ginkgo Biloba.

HUPERZINE A

Have you ever heard of Huperzine? If not, let me quickly tell you a couple of words about this effective memory-booster.

The role of Huperzine A is very straightforward – it works to prevent the disintegration of acetylcholine. That’s how it influences our memory and learning.

Recent studies show that you need to cycle Huperzine A to avoid dependency and side effects. Be careful with that!

ALPHA-GPC

Alpha GPC is known for increasing acetylcholine in our brains, which has a positive effect on memory and thinking functions. 50 mg of Alpha GPC is too little to notice any benefits.

PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE (PS)

PS may sharpen memory, slow cognitive decline, and promote a positive-minded outlook.

LION’S MANE MUSHROOM

A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial linked Lion’s Mane to significant cognitive improvements in adults aged 50-80 with mild cognitive impairment. Clinical trial researchers have also suggested that Lion’s Mane may help to maintain mood balance.

It’s one of my favorite nootropics.

MIND contains some of the most effective nootropics you can currently find on the market. Some ingredients are underdosed, which worries me a bit. Also, it contains Huperzine A, which requires cycling. Be aware of that!

WellPath Mind Side Effects

Should you worry about any side effects?

Well, during my test, I noticed none. Due to its relatively low dosages of ingredients, I didn’t even expect any.

I’ve checked feedbacks from many current users, and most people report no side effects either.

If you, however, experience any adverse effects, do let me know!

WellPath Mind Dosage

Here is the thing – WellPath recommends taking 1-2 capsules of Mind every morning. If possible, take them with food.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend taking at least 3-4 capsules, if you want to feel any effects.

But do consult your doctor to ensure this is healthy for you as well.

Where To Buy WellPath Mind?

If you want to buy WellPath Mind, you can do it on Amazon.

However, at this moment, I’d suggest buying other, higher-quality nootropic supplements.

Your Inception Final Recommendation

Your Inception Guarantee

Your Inception potentially recommends buying WellPath Mind. WellPath is a decent nootropic supplement that may provide many of the promised benefits. It is also pretty affordable, which is excellent for beginners. However, it contains Huperzine A, which is a nootropic that we do not recommend supplementing at this moment. Also, some nootropics are underdosed, which means you need to double your daily dosage for the effects. This increases the price as well.

There are many better supplements available on the market. To check them out, click on the button below.
