WellPath Mind is one of the most affordable nootropic supplements on the market. I wanted to learn why it is so cheap and if it is effective. Here is my Wellpath Mind review.

WellPath Mind Review

MIND is one of the nootropic stacks that was developed to help you with mental clarity, memory, and even focus.

While the product name and the formula aren’t very unique, the whole brand gives a stunning impression of quality.

And amazing feedback on Amazon supports that!

When I received MIND, I was impressed by their fantastic customer service, the design of the package, and the overall user experience.

But I was more interested in its effects, so I decided to test it and see how it works.

Mind Nootropic Experience

Test Week 1

During the first test week, I took 2 capsules of Mind per day (as recommended). After about 20-30 minutes, I felt a very mild energy boost that lasted for about an hour.

It was nothing special but still a positive surprise that I didn’t expect. However, I wanted to see if I could get more out of WellPath Mind, so I decided to double my daily dosage to 4 capsules per day.

Test Week 2

The second week was more fun. Taking 4 capsules gives you around 100 mg of caffeine with 300 mg of L-Theanine. You get also get a higher dosage of all other nootropics in this nootropic stack.

The increase in the dosage was definitely recognizable. I was more alert, and my focus lasted longer. Also, the energy boost was stronger.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the supplement.

WellPath Mind Ingredients

Mind nootropic stack is non-GMO, vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

WellPath Mind contains 13 nootropic ingredients:

  • Niacin, 20 mg
  • Vitamin B12, 500 mcg
  • Lion’s Mane Extract, 200 mg
  • Bacopa Monnieri Extract, 200 mg
  • Alpha GPC, 50 mg
  • Phosphatidylserine, 100 mg
  • Natural Caffeine, 50 mg
  • L-Theanine, 150 mg
  • DL-DMAE, 50 mg
  • Bioperine, 5 mg
  • Huperzine A, 10 mcg

L-Theanine

One of the benefits you get by drinking green tea is that you consume L-Theanine, the potent amino acid.

By doing that, you should quickly feel more relaxed and focused. Besides, L-Theanine can also improve your memory and attention.

This is what makes this amino acid so popular.

Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa Monnieri is known to be a learning and memory enhancer.

I’m a big fan of adaptogen herbs, especially of Bacopa Monnieri. 200 mg of Bacopa is a decent dosage for such a brain supplement.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola Rosea is another adaptogen herb that can decrease your mental fatigue. Besides, it is an effective cognition booster.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo Biloba is one of the most popular nootropics in the world because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a decent memory booster, especially for the elderly.

Huperzine A

Huperzine A is a compound that increases the amount of acetylcholine in the brain. The role of Huperzine A is very straightforward – it works to prevent the disintegration of acetylcholine. That’s how it influences our memory and learning.

However, recent studies show that you need to cycle Huperzine A to avoid dependency and side effects. Be careful with that!

Alpha-GPC

Alpha GPC is known for increasing acetylcholine in our brains, which positively affects memory and thinking functions. 50 mg of Alpha GPC is too little to notice any benefits.

Phosphatidylserine (PS)

Phosphatidylserine may sharpen memory, slow cognitive decline, and promote a positive-minded outlook.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom

A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial linked Lion’s Mane mushroom to significant cognitive improvements in adults aged 50-80 with mild cognitive impairment. Clinical trials have also suggested that Lion’s Mane may help to maintain mood balance.

It’s one of my favorite nootropics.

My Opinion About Wellpath Mind

Mind contains some of the most effective nootropics you can currently find on the market. However, some ingredients are underdosed, which worries me a bit. Also, it contains Huperzine A, which requires cycling. Be aware of that!

WellPath Mind Side Effects

Should you worry about any side effects?

Well, during my test, I had no issues with Mind Due to its relatively low dosages of ingredients, it’s hard to expect any.

The only issue I see is that Wellpath Mind contains Huperzine A. If you don’t regularly cycle this supplement, you may experience unwanted side effects.

I also checked feedbacks from many Mind users, and most people reported no side effects either.

If you, however, experience any adverse effects, immediately stop talking WellPath Mind and consult your doctor.

WellPath Mind Dosage

The WellPath company recommends taking 1-2 capsules of Mind every morning. If possible, take the capsules with food.

Based on my experience, you need to take at least 3-4 capsules if you want to feel any effects.

But do consult your doctor before supplementing WellPath Mind.

Where To Buy WellPath Mind?

If you want to buy WellPath Mind, you can find it on Amazon.

However, at this moment, I suggest buying other, higher-quality nootropic supplements.

Verdict

Your Inception potentially recommends buying WellPath Mind. Mind is a decent nootropic supplement that may provide many of the promised benefits. It is also pretty affordable, which is excellent for beginners.

However, it contains Huperzine A, which is a nootropic that we do not recommend supplementing at this moment. Also, some nootropics are underdosed, which means you need to double your daily dosage for the effects. This increases its price as well.
