MIND is one of the nootropic stacks that was developed to help you with mental clarity, memory, and even focus.

While the product name and the formula aren’t very unique, the whole brand gives a stunning impression of quality.

And amazing feedback on Amazon supports that!

When we received MIND, we were impressed by their fantastic customer service, the design of the package, and the overall user experience.

But what we wanted to know more about was how does the product work.

And what did we do? Well, we gave it a try.

Mind Nootropic Experience

We started the review of MIND with checking the ingredients.

Our first impression was good, but when we checked the dosages of all ingredients, we were slightly disappointed.

We expected higher dosages for most nootropics in the stack.

Anyhow, we decided to give it a try and see what happens.

Test Week 1

We took 2 capsules per day (as recommended) during the 1st week, and we could feel a very smooth energy boost and increase in motivation while taking the capsules.

This happened probably because of a combo of great nootropics + Vitamin B12 + caffeine + L-Theanine.

However, since the dosages were still pretty low, we decided to increase the dosage to 4 capsules per day. 

Test Week 2

The 2nd week was more fun. Taking 4 capsules gives you around 100 mg of caffeine with 300 mg of L-Theanine + a more decent dose of other nootropics.

The increase of the dosage was definitely recognizable. We were more alert, and our focus lasted longer.

Did we expect such results? Yes, since we were well aware of how the ingredients in this stack work.

Were we positively surprised? Not really, but we were satisfied with the product, mainly because of its price.

But we’ll get back to that a bit later.

  • Huperzine A, 10 mcg

L-Theanine

One of the benefits you get by drinking green tea is that you consume L-Theanine, the famous nootropic amino acid.

By doing that, you should quickly feel more relaxed and focused. Besides, L-Theanine can also improve your memory and attention.

This is what makes this nootropic so popular.

Bacopa Monnieri 

Bacopa Monnieri one of the adaptogen herbs that is known to be a learning and memory enhancer. 

We are big fans of adaptogen herbs, especially of Bacopa Monnieri. 200 mg of Bacopa is an all-right dosage.

Huperzine A

Alpha-GPC

Phosphatidylserine (PS)

However, it contains Huperzine A, which is a nootropic that we do not recommend supplementing at this moment. Also, some nootropics are underdosed, which means you need to double your daily dosage for the effects. This increases the price as well. There are many better supplements available on the market.
