Dopamine Brain Food Review

When I first saw that there are dopamine supplements on the market, I was a bit skeptical at first. I know dopamine is an important neurotransmitter in our body that is often related to love, lust, motivation, gambling, and even addiction.

But I wasn’t sure how effective a supplement would be. Anyhow, I’ve done my research and decided to review the Dopamine Brain Food supplement.

Dopamine Brain Food is a nootropic supplement that was developed to:

  • Enhance your focus and attention
  • Reduce brain fog
  • Help with physical performance

I was taking it for about a week without any other supplements, and then I combined it with CILTEP, the famous brain nootropic from the same company.

Let me tell you what happened.

Test Week 1

I was taking 3 capsules of Dopamine Brain Food in the morning on an empty stomach. Since I didn’t expect too much from this product, I didn’t put too much focus on it.

What was funny, though, was the fact that that I was able to feel some additional push or subtle motivation that helped me while working on my daily tasks.

Besides, taking this supplement definitely removed my brain fogWhile I didn’t notice this during my test period, I saw it as soon as I stopped taking it.

I felt slightly more unfocused without taking Dopamine Brain Food.

Test Week 2 (with added CILTEP)

Since I like to experiment, I started combining Dopamine Brain Food with CILTEP. To be completely honest, it’s challenging to say I felt a dramatic difference. But one thing is sure – my focus increased. Working on my daily tasks felt easier, and I also noticed that I got less distracted during this week.

To sum it up, I was in a good mood, I was very focused and motivated to achieve my daily goals. I had no brain fog, and there were no side-effects whatsoever.

It was not the best experience of my life, but it wasn’t bad either.

Dopamine Brain Food Ingredients

Dopamine Brain Food delivers improved focus and attention to people. But how does it do it?

Here is the list of all ingredients of the Dopamine Brain Food supplement:

  • 500 mg Vitamin C
  • 5 mg Vitamin B6
  • 1 mg Folate
  • 5 mg Vitamin B12
  • 650 mg L-Tyrosine
  • 750 mg TMG (trimethylglycine)
  • 500 mg L-Phenylalanine

L-Phenylalanine

The primary use of L-phenylalanine in the body is in the production of tyrosine, another amino acid. Tyrosine is the precursor of monoamine neurotransmitters such as dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine.

Given the importance of these brain chemicals, phenylalanine is important to maintain adequate levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain.

When L-phenylalanine crosses into the brain, it is converted to L-tyrosine and then to L-dopa, which is further converted into the three neurotransmitters mentioned above.

L-Tyrosine

L-Tyrosine is, as mentioned above, an amino acid that is used to produce noradrenaline and dopamine. Supplemental appears to be anti-stress for acute stressors and may preserve stress-induced memory deficits.

Folate, Vitamin B12, And TMG

Folate, Vitamin B12, and trimethylglycine (TMG) are added to lend support to the methylation process and to aid in the generation of S-adenosyl methionine (SAM-E).

SAM-E is an amino acid that also plays an important role in the methylation process by helping to convert norepinephrine to epinephrine for use in attention-based activities. Methylation is a vitally important process that occurs throughout the body.

This process allows metabolic reactions to be carried out effectively and undisturbed.

Vitamin B6 And Vitamin C

These vitamins play a vital role in the optimal production of dopamine. Vitamin B6 helps convert L-Dopa into dopamine, and Vitamin C helps convert dopamine into norepinephrine, which is important for increasing alertness and attention.

Each of these also has important antioxidant properties that protect cells from damage during the production and metabolism of dopamine.

Dopamine Brain Food Dosage

The suggested use is taking 2 to 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.

According to Natural Stacks, not more than three capsules per day are recommended. They also recommend consulting your doctor before taking the supplement.

Now, at the beginning of my test period, I started with two capsules per day and then decided to take the third as well. And that’s what I’d recommend to you.

Just be aware that if you are taking additional supplements separately (like a multivitamin, for example) to stay within the safe and recommended daily doses of each ingredient.

Dopamine Brain Food Side Effects

During my review period, I experienced no adverse side effects.

Based on my research and experience, Dopamine Brain Food is a safe supplement.

However, if you do experience any issues, do consult your doctor.

Dopamine Brain Food VS Adderall

Some people wonder how Dopamine Brain Food compares to Adderall. I believe it’s impossible to compare both products. While Dopamine Brain Food is a nootropic supplement, Adderall is a smart drug used for treating ADHD.

Effects of Adderall are much different, you need a prescription for it, and we don’t know the long-term use side effects.

So I’d avoid Adderall.

Dopamine Brain Food Reviews

Natural Stacks (the brand that developed the Dopamine Brain Food supplement) has a great reputation for its research and quality, but the product itself isn’t that popular anymore.

While testing this nootropic stack and writing this review, I have found lots of amazing feedbacks:

I would probably get killed for posting this but since my wife started taking this supplement her mood as completely changed. Instead of coming home from work all stressed and anxious. She is now calm and cool! Thank you Natural Stacks for bringing back the women I fell in Love with years ago.”

“I started taking dopamine brain food daily while battling depression after my father passed away. After just 1 week I was blown away at the different in my function, mood, and outlook!! I can not speak highly enough of this product!!”

“Dopamine Brain Food has tremendously helped me with improved mood and motivation, Big difference. I do not have dread things as much. I am more positive. I can motivate myself to get things done weather it is work, study, or just handling daily stresses. For me, Dopamine Brain Food was a life changer for the better.”

Your Inception Final Recommendation

Your Inception Guarantee

Your Inception does not recommend supplementing Dopamine Brain Food. When I first tried Dopamine Brain Food (and later, when I combined it with Ciltep), I was quite happy with the effects. Back then (in 2017), this combo was a very powerful one.

Sadly, this is not true anymore.

There are much better and more effective supplements on the market. While I still believe Dopamine Brain Food works just fine, you can definitely get better nootropic supplements. I’d recommend going for one of my other favorite nootropic stacks.
