It’s very seldom to feel any effects of taking (mostly) natural nootropics the very first time or during the first week. Usually, it takes at least one week or longer to feel the benefits of taking nootropics.
With Qualia was different…after I took the first 3 capsules, nothing spectacular happened. Then I took another 6 capsules and all of a sudden I started feeling slightly more motivated to work on my daily tasks. While working on them, my focus seems to last much longer as usual. I was in a great mood for most of the week, very concentrated and I could definitely feel the effects of taking a strong nootropic.
My stomach hurt me one day for a couple of hours, which means that all those ingredients in the body were probably a bit too much for the start. I didn’t mind reducing the dose (I’d have a bad feeling to miss on the potential positive effects of nootropics), but I would definitely recommend you to start step-by-step as it is recommended by Qualia.
WEEK 2: My body felt happy I didn’t take all those supplements in my body during the weekend, but my mind disagreed. During the second week, I stuck to the max. recommended dose and I worked at my best. I felt like a typical software geek, working 24/7 in Silicon Valley.
I think my body got used to consuming all those ingredients because I didn’t have any noticeable negative side effects. Still, start slowly and if you don’t feel your body can take the max. dose, don’t take it. There is no need you should irritate your stomach or any other part of your body.
After 2 weeks of taking Qualia, I was honestly impressed. Even though I prefer taking only 1-2 capsules per day (or even powder instead of horse size capsules), I see why there is such a big hype around Qualia.
